Controlled approach
Paddle-wheel propulsion and an operator cabin support manoeuvring and observation during close-range collection work.
BLUECURRENT · EV HARVESTER
An aluminium electric work platform for collecting aquatic vegetation and floating debris. Paddle-wheel manoeuvrability, cutting and conveyor equipment, and onboard storage work together for practical waterway maintenance.

BUILT AROUND THE WORK
A coordinated equipment layout supports the complete harvesting cycle, from approaching vegetation to moving collected material ashore.
Paddle-wheel propulsion and an operator cabin support manoeuvring and observation during close-range collection work.
Front and rear cutting/conveyor equipment moves vegetation through the working deck. SUS304 conveyor chains are specified for the current concept.
A stated 10 m³ storage volume supports collection between unloading cycles. Actual material weight and loading limits require operating and stability confirmation.
*The 6–8 hour operating duration is a stated planning figure, not a guaranteed endurance result. Duty cycle, vegetation load, propulsion demand, auxiliary loads, battery reserve and conditions affect actual runtime.
ELECTRIC WORK SYSTEM
The current BlueCurrent concept combines a 65 kW rated permanent-magnet synchronous motor with a 400 kWh onboard battery and an aluminium 5083 hull specification.
The motor proposal includes a liquid-cooled controller. Final motor, controller, hydraulic equipment, battery architecture and charging interfaces must be matched as one engineered system.

Product specifications and reference drawing dimensions are identified separately so project teams can see what requires final production confirmation.
Engineering status: the reference general arrangement originated as an SS400 steel / diesel configuration. The current aluminium EV version requires confirmation of production dimensions, displacement, weight distribution, stability and equipment integration; reference dimensions are not a final build approval.
COMPONENT PLANNING
Supplier proposal values support engineering selection; they are not a substitute for a completed vessel-level validation.
The 27 August proposal lists 65 kW rated power, 120 kW proposed peak power, 443 Nm rated torque and 1,400 rpm rated speed. Listed rated efficiency is at least 95%, with IP67 motor protection and a 165 kVA liquid-cooled controller.
The CAMY CMB128 STD-125LF01 module is listed at 16 kWh, 128 V and 125 Ah, with IP67 protection. The 400 kWh system topology, operating voltage, protection strategy, cooling and charging compatibility remain subject to system engineering approval.
PLAN YOUR OPERATION
Define water depth, vegetation type, collection volume, unloading access and charging arrangements together before finalising the vessel configuration.
